Cargo Launches are such a simple addition but they've already saved me in a couple of close games. Twelve cards isn't a huge pack, but the Border Fort gives defense decks something they were really missing before.

The Capitol World alone changes how the whole table plays, since whoever grabs it suddenly has a target on their back. Twelve cards sounds small but the Border Fort and Cargo Launches slot right into my existing deck without breaking anything.
